Prime Shop Season Is Almost Here!
Prime shop season is almost upon us. Hard to believe, isn't it? Soon we will put away the lawnmowers and tune up the snow blowers… well, at least those of us living in snow country. It has been so long I forgot what, if anything, Southerners do to prepare for winter.
No matter where we live though, preparation for another busy woodworking season is similar. It's the time we stock up on wood, maybe buy a new tool (or two) for the shop, replenish all the supplies we use, and start making the list of projects we will build. What if you could also start the season with a bigger shop and more time to spend woodworking? Wouldn't that be great?
The Popular Woodworking University online class, "More Space and Time In Your Shop," can help you have a larger, more efficient, cleaner work space that is more productive, more fun, and can even help you save money. In this class, the widely used manufacturing principles of 5S have been adapted to the small woodworking shop. The class is provided online and is divided into multiple short segments that can be accessed from your computer or tablet, at your leisure, anytime.
