Safety Tip: Empty Pockets
Do not leave your cell phone in your shirt pocket (or any other thing else, even a pencil) while using a table saw. My flip-phone was introduced to the sheetrock wall behind my table saw as I was cutting a large sheet of plywood and leaning over it to push it forward. It fell out of my pocket, slid across the plywood into the blade and WOW! I was lucky since I was following the other rule of not standing behind the blade. An expensive lesson!
