Here's My Stuff!

These photos are some of my furniture projects from over the last 10 years or so.

The Shaker themed bedroom furniture was built in a tiny 12' x 12' shop I had in our home in NJ. When we had our retirement house built in SW Florida, I was finally able to have a well equipped 12' x 20' shop in what would have been a golf cart garage. After retiring in 2002 I've had the opportunity to do a variety of woodworking projects besides the cornice, desk and dressing table below.

Other projects included pulpits, altar, votive candle stands and food pantry shelving for our church.

Florida is a difficult spot for woodworkers to buy supplies locally, and I find it necessary to buy my tools and lumber from Internet sources. It hasn't been a big problem though - for example lumber that I order from Groff and Groff in PA will be at our house within 3 or 4 days of ordering. My main problem now is finding space in our house for all of the furniture ideas floating around in my head.
