4 Square Woodworking – Milling & Jointing Lumber
Class on Tuesday, July 24 One of the most important things needed to successfully build furniture & cabinets is to begin with flat, parallel-sided stock that has perfectly square edges. Unfortunately, wood from lumberyards is rarely flat and true when you bring it home. This class will show how to use your jointer, planer and table saw to properly dress and prepare your stock for a successful build. Jointing Lumber, July 24

Our July Lie-Nielsen
Tool of the Month: The Progressive Pitch Dovetail Saw
This month's Lie-Nielsen Tool of the Month is the Progressive Pitch Dovetail Saw. With handsaws, most woodworkers will find that a smaller pitch makes it easier to start a cut, while a larger pitch cuts more quickly once you get started. That’s the concept behind the Progressive Pitch in this saw and what seems to make it a fan favorite. It’s easy to start using the small-pitched teeth at the toe, and then once you get started, the larger pitched teeth cut quickly.

WOOD SLICER
Testimonial
I bought one of your 3/4 inch WOOD SLICER Blades for my Band Saw...I set it up yesterday and the calibration was done in about 2 minutes, unlike the hours of issues I have had with two previous blades from your competitors...I was re-sawing some basswood for my Epilog Laser to do some of my laser art with your Wood Slicer Blade and it was like cutting like butter and very clean. This is one of the finest blades I have ever used. — Roland Brown Get Yourself a Wood Slicer:CLICK HERE to watch a video tour of the Wood Slicer:
